The Music Hall is General Admission Standing Room Only. We are built for dancing and rocking out! That means there is no seat to go along with your ticket despite those pesky little numbers that may be printed on it.
For those of you looking to upgrade your experience, we do have some VIP Seating options including balcony seating & VIP upgrades for table seating on the main floor. For more information regarding these VIP areas, please contact us here.

Ticketing- ADA tickets can be purchased online via www.livenation.com. You do not need to call the box office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through www.livenation.com. Look for the logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have very limited seating available for guests on the day of the event so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you order tickets.

Day of Show Parking- Parking is located in the GreenStreet Parking Garage. Once in the garage, please take the elevator to the third floor where you can take the SkyBridge to our venue.

Unexpected Needs- If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the original seat you purchased, we strongly recommend going through www.livenation.com to exchange all tickets for accessible seating. We will have a very limited number of seats available on the day of the show for such issues, but we cannot guarantee we will be able to seat you. Please remember that accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need and one companion.

Interpreter Requests- If you will need an interpreter for an event, please give us at least 2 weeks' notice to secure. Guests who request an interpreter will need to pick up their tickets at will call. When the tickets are picked up we will introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats. There is no charge for (888) 402-5837 to arrange for an interpreter for your visit.

Hearing Assistance- Guests who require assisted listening devices can contact our venue office prior to the event to arrange for a device. Please give us at least 2 days' notice. We can be reached at (888) 402-5837.

Service Animals- Service animals are permitted inside the venue during events. Only registered working animals are permitted. House of Blues Houston requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents them from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods.

Accommodations- All venue bathrooms, concession stands, and merchandise stands are accessible.
We encourage you to review our safety and security information below prior to arriving at the venue.
- Please arrive early to the venue to allow enough time for you and your guests to move through the queue and enter the venue.
- Prior to entering the venue, guests will be searched (wand or walk through metal detection and/or pat-downs) to ensure that none of the restricted items enters the building.
- We suggest you leave valuable and unnecessary items at home.
- You may be asked to empty your pockets of all items so that they can be examined.
- All alcohol and narcotic laws will be strictly enforced.
- The following bag policy is in place:
- Bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone. If you see something that concerns you, please say something to our management or Security so we can ensure the best experience possible
Restricted Items:
(Keep in mind priority number 1 is to HAVE FUN! Just please do it without the items listed below)
- No guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles of any kind, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm.
- Replicas of weapons also are NOT permitted
- No drugs or drug paraphernalia, illegal substances of any kind
- No personal video cameras, Go-Pros, selfie sticks, drones, masks or laser pointers.
- No professional audio, video, or audio recording equipment - (including detachable lenses, tripods, zooms or commercial use rigs)
- No outside food & beverage allowed
- No jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm
- No bags will be allowed if outside of the bag policy
- No stuffed animals or toys of any kind
- This list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management
Zero Tolerance For Drug Use or Possession
The use or possession of any illegal drugs will not be tolerated anywhere inside or outside the venue. Security personnel and narcotics officers will be working and enforcing all drug related laws. Do not bring any illegal substances to the event as violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If you are found impaired at the door, security will not allow you to enter the venue. Event staff reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone. Please come with a smile and be prepared to enjoy a fun filled night of music and dancing.
Safety and Medical
Live Nation is dedicated to providing a safe environment. Public and private security will be present throughout the entire event. The Security Staff will be available to assist your needs including any medical requests.
For an all-ages show, guests of all ages are welcome with an admission ticket. Children age 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Age restricted shows will be notated when purchasing tickets. Please review or inquire about any age restrictions prior to purchasing tickets.

Have you heard of PASS THE LINE? For most shows, you can make a purchase of $25 or more per person in the Foundation Room on the day of show. This pass will give you priority entrance into the show before the general public. You can either purchase PTL in advance here or just come on in before the show and grab a meal and your receipt will be your pass! Our Foundation Room dining entrance is on Dallas st! Unfortunately, there is no re-entry for any shows.
Will call tickets can be picked up on day of show at the Box Office. Box Office opens 1 hour prior to door times. You will need a valid photo ID and the credit card used for purchase.

Tickets for cancelled shows can be refunded at the point of purchase. If you purchased tickets online through LiveNation.com or Ticketmaster.com, your refund will automatically be processed in 3-5 business days.

For most shows, by spending $25 in the Foundation Room, you can receive a Pass the Line voucher that will give you priority entrance into the show before the general public. Way better than standing in line! Our Foundation Room dining is open Thursday – Saturday at 6PM!
